Who we are
This website and the Shape My Business business are operated by AUSDIGITAL PTY LTD (ACN 645 558 461) as trustee for the Ahuja Family Trust (ABN 30 942 148 841), trading as Shape My Business. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to AUSDIGITAL PTY LTD in its capacity as trustee for the Ahuja Family Trust, and "you" refers to the person or business using our website or services.
Our services
We provide AI automation, web design and development, SEO, paid advertising, social media, branding, and email marketing services to businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in the written proposal or quote we provide for your project.
Quotes and payment
We provide a fixed, itemised quote after your free audit. Prices are in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, exclude GST where applicable. Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Ongoing (retainer) services continue until cancelled in line with your agreement.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and the access, materials and approvals we reasonably need to deliver the work. You are responsible for the content and instructions you provide, and for holding the rights to any materials you supply to us.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you. We may retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates and know-how, and we may reuse general skills and non-confidential learnings.
Liability
We take care to deliver our services professionally, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
